“This is a must see if you are in Mykonos. The boat ride can be a bit bumpy and windy.Make sure you have a jacket for the ride. The ruins can be done in a 1.5 ,3 or 5 hour tour via a tour guide. It does cost 20 euros. We went at it alone and still enjoyed the island. We went early on in the day it was not too warm. We did not snorkel by Rhea island the Aegean Sea water temperature was a bit too chilly. Our Captain and his first mate on the Nadia K were great. Delos is absolutely worth it but I recommend getting a separate guided tour - it will greatly enhance your experience. You cannot get a tour in the island, so make sure you book it beforehand (we used Delos Tours and was great). Mykonos was also special. The only recommendation I have is to check the weather and particularly the wind conditions before going, especially if you are not used to travel by boat. The boat is medium sized so if the sea is rough, you will feel it. The sea was really choppy…”
