“The tour was flexible allowing me to start from Isthmus. We got to Mycenae before 30 other buses so I could examine the museum and the Lions Gate before 500 kids came running uphill into the site. Next we explored Nafplio, what a beautiful town! I loved walking around the harbour and the old station. I had a nice meal at Mamma in the centre. Epidaurus I had seen on a previous visit so I left the tour and returned after a lovely day out”

“Great trip with lots to see! Loved the canal stop and driving through the beautiful landscape and coast line. Would have liked a bit more time in Mycenae and Epidaurus where we felt a bit rushed, in contrast the lunch stop in Nafplio was rather long. Overall a fab experience.”

“Sights were great, no doubt about that. Otherwise, the trip was not quite enjoyable. First, it's not an English tour! As already indicated in the previous reviews, and I think the tour operator is obliged (!) to indicate beforehand that it's a French-English tour, not an English one! And as the guide was speaking much better French than English, and more or less repeating everything twice in two languages, a lot of time was waisted on listening twice for the same stuff. And I'd say it was really tiresome. Let alone that I would have expected something more interesting and intelligent (!), than phrases like "Athena was a goddess of…”
