He was well on time for the pickup, was able to fit all our luggage (4 pieces), car was clean and comfortable, and walk to the car was a short distance away. Con: it took over an hour to get from the airport to downtown because he avoided the toll roads and took side streets. My assumption for a $100+ black car service is we’d be able to take the toll roads to get there faster.”
