“Good instructions about where to meet and easy to find. The main thing is how long it will take to go down from Fira downtown to the port - the cable car ride is just a few minutes but it may not be running at full capacity. For us, it was so the down journey was less than 10 minutes including a short wait. The boat itself was mostly but not completely full - it was easy to check in and find a spot to sit. They played music that was a little loud but not too bad. The volcano was fun - the island itself wasn't that interesting but…”

“This is a beautiful place and when we were there in late May, it was not crowded at all! However, when I hear thermal lake, I assume warm, and it is not warm, not even tepid. So, if it's not a warm day, don't go. Also the price viator charges includes the driver and lunch, not admission to the lake. I thought it included lunch AT the lake, but it did not, the driver drove us to a restaurant. I would have preferred lunch at the lake or to pick lunch on our own. Not really worth the price, considering.”
