I had to ask the staff member to try and reach out to the hotel before our arrival to fix the situation, which was frustrating that they didn’t take the initiative to try and rectify the situation without me asking. Our guide to Delphi, PhiPhi was full of attitude and less enthusiastic. Our second guide to Meteora, George was fantastic. The four star hotel, Hotel Amalia, was one of the highlights.
